1. MY POINTS -or- AVB -or- TIER LEVEL STATUS ARE NOT UPDATING

We update the status of the points, AVB and tier level every Monday morning to capture all sales data from the previous week. If you still have concerns or questions, please contact treadxperts@tirediscounter.ca. You will receive a response with 48 hours.

2. DO COMMERCIAL (TBR) TIRES COUNT TOWARDS MY AVB AND TIER LEVEL?

Yes they do! They are also included in your points earnings under “All Other Brands”.

3. WHAT PRODUCT IS EXCLUDED FROM THIS PROGRAM?

Including but not limited to: All steel wheels, accessory parts, shop parts, freight, OTS, HST, product not sold through Tire Discounter Group, all AG or lawn and garden items.

4. I PLACED A LARGE ORDER BUT IT IS ON BACKORDER, WILL THEY COUNT TOWARDS BY GOALS?

All eligible purchases will count towards your goals provided they are invoiced by December 31st of that program year.

5. I NEED SOME LOGOS AND IMAGE ARTWORK FOR DIGITAL ADVERTISING, WHERE CAN I GET THAT?

We have you covered! You can visit the Marketing Assets Link located at the top of each page of the site. Here you will find Manufacturer logos, lifestyle images, social media assets and tire images. If you need something else please contact us at treadexperts@tirediscounter.ca.

6. HOW DO I REDEEM POINTS?

You may file a redemption request by sending an email to treadxperts@tirediscounter.ca for your points accumulated at anytime throughout the year provided you have earned a tier level. There are two ways to redeem points. Request for a prepaid card at 10% of points or request for a credit to account at 20% of points.

Example: 1000 points at 10% = $100 prepaid card

1000 points at 20% = $200 credit to account

Your request must include your TDG Dealer Account Number and preferred method of redemption.

Your account must be in good standing at time of payout.

7. DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?

No, your points do not expire and will carry over to the following year to use towards earning the Dealer Destination Trip or cash out.

8. HOW DO I EARN THE DEALER DESTINATION TRIP?

Your points will accumulate throughout the year. You require 25,000 points to earn a spot for two on the trip. Since your points do not expire, you can keep earning towards that goal. You can even use your points and ‘buy in’ by paying the additional amount required to go on the trip if you do not have sufficient points.

9. WHEN ARE THE TRIPLE TREADX POINTS INCENTIVE PROMOTIONS?

Triple points incentives will be launched quarterly throughout the year. You will see them being announced within the dealer portal at treadxrewards.ca. You will be automatically participating in each promotion provided you are purchasing the models/items eligible for the promotion.

10. WILL THERE BE OTHER PROMOTIONS?

Yes! Promotions will be made available to your through the portal throughout the year! Such things as golf trips for 4, sporting events, tire giveaways and more and the ability to earn double points throughout a month!

11. WHAT ELSE IS OFFERED THROUGH THIS PROGRAM?

12. I FORGOT MY TREADXPERTS DEALER ACCOUNT PASSWORD.

You can recover your password by accessing your account and then clicking on “I forgot my password”. Enter your email address and we will be sending you the procedure to reinitialize your password.
